Which Gprinter models work?

Any Gprinter that prints 4-inch (100 mm) labels from a computer or phone. The output is a standard 4 × 6 in PDF.

My Gprinter prints half on one label and half on the next. What is wrong?

The driver paper size does not match the roll or the gap has not been learned. Set 100 × 150 mm and run your model’s calibration.

Is my customer data safe?

Yes. The PDF is opened and cropped by code running in your own browser. The file, customer names, addresses and order numbers are never uploaded. The only thing the site records is an anonymous count of how many labels were cropped.

Yes. There is no signup, no watermark and no page or daily limit. Processing happens on your device, so there are no per-file server costs to pass on.
